  I rented a small pressure washer, assured that it worked well. It squirted water furiously between the hose and nozzle because it was missing an O ring. I called the store and was told they couldn't help me. I was able to find a replacement O ring at a hardware store and then it wouldn't start, probably because it had very old gas in it. When I returned it the guy there suggested it was just my fault and it had worked well before. I will never rent from them again because, in a deep deep way, they don't care.
